Situation

Multicast imaging randomly does not work
ZENworks Imaging does not find work to do on a NetWare 6.5 Imaging server
ZENworks Imaging appears to work after the NetWare server is restarted.

Resolution

Fixed in Novell NetWare 6.5 SP6. Problems in the winsock modules of NetWare 6.5 SP5 caused the IP stack to be unstable, causing ZENworks Imaging and ZENworks multi-cast imaging to randomly stop working.
