Canceling a ZCM bundle deployment "Reboot Action", does not actually cancel the reboot.

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

If a bundle deployment contains a "Reboot now" action, it contains a set time to wait to reboot. If the user does click to the cancel reboot action, the User Cancel dialog goes away after that time, but it still reboots also.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.3 - see TID 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support .

Additional Information

There is a need for the User to Cancel a reboot Action. But leave the message up forever. Then, when the user says yes reboot it will cause the reboot.
