Situation
NTSCLIENT.EXE not does
not reference %APPDATA% in Citrix environments.
NOTE: %APPDATA% is a variable that is used in Citrix environments, NTSCLIENT.EXE is not reading the value of this variable correctly. NTSCLIENT.EXE is creating an APPSVR.ini in the "%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\ICACLIENT" folder rather than the "%APPDATA%\ICACLIENT" folder.
