Resolution

For ZDM7: Fixed in ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Service Pack 1 Interim Release 4 Hot Patch 5, see KB 3484245 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support 
 
For ZCM10: This is fixed in version 10.3.2 - see KB 7007237 "ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
 
For ZLM 7.3: This is fixed in the ZENworks Imaging Update for May 2010 - see KB 7002402 "How to obtain the latest ZENworks Imaging Updates" found at https://www.novell.com/support for details of how to obtain this update.
