Novell iPrint for NetWare Novell NetWare 6.5 Support Pack

Situation
High Utilization is observed after applying Support Pack 6 for
NetWare 6.5 for some servers running iPrint/NDPS.
Resolution
Apply NDPSGW.NLM dated 16NOV2006 or later. Search Novell's File Finder for this file.
Workaround:
Back rev NDPSGW.NLM to the version prior to Support Pack 6.
a. Unload NDPSM.NLM
b. Make a copy of SYS:\SYSTEM\NDPSGW.NLM
c. Copy an older version of NDPSGW.NLM to the server's SYS:\SYSTEM
d. Load NDPSM.NLM
Back rev NDPSGW.NLM to the version prior to Support Pack 6.
a. Unload NDPSM.NLM
b. Make a copy of SYS:\SYSTEM\NDPSGW.NLM
c. Copy an older version of NDPSGW.NLM to the server's SYS:\SYSTEM
d. Load NDPSM.NLM
Cause:
NDPSGW.NLM (the iPrint/NDPS Gateway) is the cause. This
problem has been duplicated, a fix has been coded, and the fix is
being tested.
