Situation

Unable to view the "Detailed Hardware/Software Inventory" link under the "Inventory" tab for a managed device.

Resolution

Workaround:
Add the Device Right "Modify" to any user or group that needs to view the "Detailed Hardware/Software Inventory".

Cause

In ZENworks Configuration Management 11.1 and earlier any user viewing the "Detailed Hardware/Software Inventory" data was also able to edit this data. In a future version it is expected that it will be possible to view data only and the Device Right "Modify" won't be needed.
