In rare cases Non-Volatile DLU Users treated as Volatile DLU users

Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management Support Pack 1 - ZCM 11 SP1

Situation

On devices that share both Volatile and Non-Volatile DLU accounts, very rarely the non-volatile user will be treated as volatile.

Resolution

As a work-around, configure the Non-Volatile accounts as Volatile with a 999 day volatile cache.
