Windows devices with ZCM 11 Agents become unstable

Windows devices become unstable when the ZCM 11 agents are installed. This happens on Windows 7 32 bit and Windows 7 64 bit. Devices experience random reboots and lock-ups while starting up, running, and shutting down. Devices are also experiencing random functionality issues with Microsoft Office 2010 where Outlook cannot send mail, and Excel and Word seem to freeze up.

New installs and upgraded devices are experiencing the same issues.
