Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management
Situation
After update from 10.3.x to 11, the external CASA (port 2645) fails to authenticate users. Standard (443) port is functional so the problem is only noticed if agents failover due to server busy or another unrelated problem on the Standard port.
The problem does not occur for new ZENworks 11 installs.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.1 - see KB 7008746 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
