Since May imaging update, some RealTek NICs won't load for PXE boot

Situation

Can't reimage some devices that use RealTek and require r8169 driver.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Workaround:  Try using newid to set the driver to r8168 driver.  For more information on getting and setting newid, see TID 3421576
