Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management Support Pack 1 - ZCM 11 SP1 Imaging
Situation
When imaging new workstations the process fails to see work to do and just stops.
Optiplex 790:
Imaging this device out of the box with PXE enabled it sees no work to do and stops after displaying 'Contacting the preboot policy ... Done'.
Optiplex 390:
Same as 790 Imaging this device out of the box with PXE enabled it sees no work to do and stops after displaying 'Contacting the preboot policy ... Done'.
Optiplex 790:
Imaging this device out of the box with PXE enabled it sees no work to do and stops after displaying 'Contacting the preboot policy ... Done'.
Optiplex 390:
Same as 790 Imaging this device out of the box with PXE enabled it sees no work to do and stops after displaying 'Contacting the preboot policy ... Done'.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks
