Situation
When logging onto Mac with ZCM agent installed, users get prompt to allow firewall to open for java.
ZCC doesn't show the device as reachable, http://device:7628/RURunning fails.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2.1 - see KB 7010042 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.21 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7010042
Workaround: Manually open the firewall for ports required by the agent. See the minimum requirements in the installation guide for a list of ports. Add java and zicon to application firewall when prompted
