Inventory Only Agent does not show the correct version in inventory software report

Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3 Inventory

Situation

When viewing the properties of a Windows server in ZCC > Devices > Inventoried > Servers the IOA shows as 10.3.4. When viewing the inventory report for the same server the IOA shows as version 10.3.3.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2.2 - see KB 7010757 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7010757
