PRU not updating all devices

Situation

The PRU contains .KB files that are pushed from the server to the workstations.  The .KB files are not getting delivered to all devices.  This can cause recognition issues with the inventory on those devices such as the Windows Hotfixes not showing on all devices on which they are installed.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
