ZENworks icon still shows after policy is created to hide it

Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.1 Z Icon

Situation

After creating and applying a ZENworks Explorer Configuration Policy to hide the Z icon in the system tray, the Z icon is removed. If the device is rebooted, the Z icon is then visible until a refresh occurs.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2.2 - see KB 7010757 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7010757
