Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 Business Objects Reporting
Situation
Using Oracle as the database, some reports fail to get generated, particularly:
- Software Applications - Custom report : Workstations without antivirus software
- (SLED 10 Ready / not Windows Vista Capable) and (SLED 10 Ready / not Windows Vista Premium Ready)
- Upgrade Readiness reports filtered for Operating System Criteria: Windows 7
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2.2 - see KB 7010757 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7010757
