Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.1 Authentication
Situation
After the ZCM 10.3 system update, cache login no longer functions when ZENworks services are down.
If the server is disconnected from the network entirely, then cache login is successful.
It only happens if the ZENworks services are shut down.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
