Situation
Users unable to send appointments from GroupWise to Vibe.
Error: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox <userid>@<internet domain name> unavailable. Simple URL posting is disabled

Resolution
Grant access to the Email Posting Agent in Manage->Access Control->Add a user-> in the Vibe administration.
Start to type 'Email .. ' and an 'Email posting agent' user appears. Enable the e.g. 'Participant' role (allows for Create entries) for this user.

Cause
Access was not granted users in Vibe to receive appointments.
