Bundle folder opens very slow in Windows start menu, desktop icon or NALWin Slow to load

Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.3 Bundles

Situation

Bundles are assigned to show in Windows start menu.
These Bundles are placed into Bundle folders.

Symptom

It can take very long to browse and open Bundle folders in Windows start menu.
This can take more than 10 seconds.
NalWin.exe or "ZENworks Application Window" opens slowly after 11.3 upgrade.
NalWin Splash screen shows for extended amount of time before NalWin window shows bundles.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.3.2 FRU1 - see KB 7016205 "FTF Roll Up 1 for ZENworks 11.3.2" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7016205

Workaround:
Set ZCM Agent log level to not include Debug.

Additional Information

It has been reported that this error is also seen on devices updated to 11.3 but log level is Error. Nevertheless the workaround, to reset the ZCM agent log level, appears to work also in this situation.

A possible explanation might be that NALSHELL logging was already explicitly enabled before the update of the ZCM agent to ZCM 11.3.

This issue appears to only occur if NALSHELL logging is enabled. New with ZCM 11.3 NALSHELL logging is automatically enabled if ZCM agent log level is set to Debug level.
