Downgrading 2014 WebAccess to 2012 shows blank web page

Situation

Downgrading from 2014 WebAccess to 2012 WebAccess causes web page to not render
Problem stepping back from GroupWise WebAccess 2014

Resolution

  1. On the server navigate to this location /usr/share/tomcat6/lib  (On OES the location will be /var/opt/novell/tomcat6)
  2. Move all files in this location that contain the word webservices to a different location (ie. /tmp)
  3. Stop the tomcat6 service with rctomcat6 stop (On OES the process to stop is rcnovell-tomcat6 stop)
  4. Restart the apache2 service with rcapache2 restart  
  5. Start the tomcat6 service with rctomcat6 start (On OES the process to start is rcnovell-tomcat6 start)
