Open In of Filr files does not work after iOS 8 upgrade

Novell Filr 1.0.1 iOS app

Situation

After applying the latest Apple iOS 8 update, the existing Filr iOS app no longer shows a list of applications when 'Open In' is selected for a file. Prior to the iOS 8 update, the Open In functionality worked without problem.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in the Filr iOS app version 1.1.0 released on October 22, 2014 via the Apple App Store.
