Some workstations do not show the unread count on the GroupWise program icon

Situation

When the taskbar properties is set to "Use small taskbar buttons" the unread count doesn't show
Unable to see the unread count on the GroupWise program icon

Resolution

  1. Right-click a blank section of the Windows taskbar
  2. Select Properties | Taskbar and uncheck Use small taskbar buttons
  3. Select Apply and OK

Cause

The GroupWise unread count function does not have enough space to work with using small icons.
