Situation
There is an option under application> identification> folder for "Use the selected folder in the following locations". If these are left unchecked it will list the application in the Start Menu under the associated workstation full DN. If it is checked, it will list the folder name. When the distribution occurs, that attribute is not copied and the applications then are listed under the workstation name in Start Menu.

For ZSM7: Fixed in ZENworks 7 with SP1 Server Management, available at https://download.novell.com
For ZSM6.5 SP2: fixed in ZENworks 6.5 Server Management SP2 IR1a or newer found at https://download.novell.com/patch/finder
