10 Configuration Management
Situation
Under IE, a user
cannot log in to ZCC when accessing a ZENworks server using a URL
that contains an underscore or other unsupported characters.
The result is seeing a blank login screen. What should happen
in this case is an error message should be displayed indicating
that the URL contains unsupported characters.
Resolution
This is fixed in
version 10.0.1 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10
