Fixed in ZENworks 7 with SP1 Desktop Management, available at Novell Downloads
A possible workaround -
Application Launcher settings Unassociated Days to Uninstall (User) = -1
Application Launcher settings Unassociated Days to Uninstall (Workstation) = -1
Additional Information
If the network connection gets interrupted while NAL is refreshing, the information in the cache and registry become incomplete. NAL was using the incomplete information in the .asc file together with Unassociated Days to Uninstall setting to handle application uninstallation
