Situation
Set the restrictonline=3 key in the HKLM/Software/Netware/NAL/1.0 registry
The ability for NAL to stay disconnected in offline mode has been broken. When laptop users connect via modem, NAL should not auto reconnect and refresh NAL across the slow dial-up connection. The restrictonly=3 option allows them to stay offline if when they connect to the tree thru VPN over modem.

For ZDM7: Fixed in ZENworks 7 with SP1 Desktop Management, available at Novell Downloads
For ZDM6.5 SP2: fixed in ZENworks 6.5 Desktop Management SP2 IR1 or newer found at Novell Downloads
