Q: Where can I provide feedback to Novell or get help with the Linux TSA?
A: Please email assessment@novell.com or call 1-800-233-3382
Q: Why am I getting an error message when trying to access the URL provided in the TSA email?
A: The URL must be used exactly as given in the email. If any part of it is changed, or the URL is not used in its entirety, it will not work. If clicking on it doesn't work, try pasting it into the browser's address line. If it still doesn't work, forward the email to assessment@novell.com so it can be investigated.
Q: I don't have a Novell Login. How do I get one?
A: On the top right of this page is a "Login" link click on this and then select Create an Account on the left menu.
Q: Why, after I update my Novell Login profile, does the system take me to Novell Customer Center instead of the assessment in the URL that was given to me?
A: Once you deviate from the original target URL to update your profile, Novell Login doesn't remember where you were trying to get to in the first place. It defaults to Novell Customer Center. Just go back to the email or web site with the link to the assessment and click on it again. Log in normally, and you should be taken to the assessment.
