Novell News - In the Loop
Fundamentals of Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management (Course 3098) *UPCOMING*Get ready for the latest course coming out from Novell in May! Fundamentals of Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management is scheduled for release sometime in late April or early May. This course will replace the current "Jumpstart" course as the first step in learning Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management. Certified Novell Instructors (CNIs) and Novell Authorized Training Partners (NATPs) wishing to teach this course must meet some requirements to assure customer satisfaction with their training experience. Initial hardware requirements: Windows machines with 4 gigs of RAM. ZENworks 10 Configuration Management is a memory intensive program. Combined with running virtual machines, large amounts of RAM are required per student. Networking two computers together to provide the necessary RAM is not recommended for stability and usability issues. Potential CNI training: CNIs currently authorized to teach the ZENworks 10 Configuration Management Jumpstart class should just attend the Train the Trainer sessions. CNIs who wish to teach this course and are not authorized to teach the current Jumpstart course will have additional requirements announced.
