CNI/NAI compliance requirement
To instruct Novell authorized courses, the CNI℠/NAI Community must:
- Meet Novell's CNI/NAI course authorization requirements for the corresponding course
- Use Novell authorized courseware
- Send any required third party certificates as a scanned image to instructor@novell.com.

Please note - TSA exams are limited to 3 attempts after which the exam is locked. Further attempts are at the discretion of Novell. If you exceed the 3 attempt limit contact instructor@novell.com. For technical reasons some exams may allow more than 3 attempts, however only the first three attempts will be valid for authorization purposes.
