SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 11 Help Desk Administration (Novell Technical Training) [Course 8009]
The SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 11 Help Desk Administration course is separated into two logical components:
- Knowledge Worker Perspective
- Administration Perspective
The Knowledge Worker Perspective (KWP) will focus on administrative tasks the knowledge worker is acutely aware of. The predominate area of focus will center on Look and Feel type options. Features located in this section include, but are not limited to User Management and System Restoration.
