The Agreement

Novell is pleased to inform you that your testing center has recently passed the system testing requirements to become a Novell Training Services Practicum Testing Center for the above time period. In order to activate your partnership, you must first agree to the following:

  1. You agree that this Novell Practicum Testing Center Partner Agreement, and Your and Novell's actions related to Novell Practicum testing, incorporate the provisions of and are governed by the Novell Practicum Testing Center Handbook, including its "General Terms & Conditions" section. Novell can remove your authorization to supply the Practicum exam and/or terminate this Agreement if You fail to comply with any obligations described in the Handbook.

  2. The Price List/Royalty Schedule of the Novell Practicum Testing Center Handbook contains details regarding your responsibility to pay for Practicum exams delivered against Novell Practicum Registration Keys beginning with prefix NPV, ACD or DIS. The Price List/Royalty Schedule also contains a requirement that you not bill the customer for exams delivered against Novell Practicum Registration Keys beginning with a prefix other than NPV, ACD or DIS; for those exams, you will be credited as outlined in the handbook.
