确保用于运行 ZENworks 控制中心以管理系统的工作站或服务器满足以下要求：

支持下列 Web 浏览器：

  • Internet Explorer 10 和 11（Windows 7、Windows XP、Windows Server 2008 SP2、Windows Server 2008 R2、Windows 8、Windows 8.1 Update 1、Windows Server 2012 和 Windows Server 2012 R2 Update 1 上）

    重要说明：

    • 不支持低于版本 10 的 Internet Explorer。

    • 如果“文档模式”为“IE 8 标准”或“IE 9 标准”，ZENworks 支持采用兼容性视图的 Internet Explorer 10。

  • Firefox ESR 版本 24.x 和 31.x

  • Windows 和 Linux 设备上的 Firefox 版本 37.x 与 38.x

  • 11.4.1 中新增的部分： Firefox ESR 38.3 与 Firefox 40.x 和 41.x 版

TCP 端口

要在某个受管设备上完成用户的远程会话请求，您必须在该设备上打开端口 5550，以运行远程管理侦听程序。
