如果您在叢集環境中部署 Identity Manager，則 Novell 支援在叢集中執行 Identity Manager，雖然通常並不支援叢集本身。以下兩個案例說明所提供的支援範圍：
如果您在 SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 上執行 Metadirectory 伺服器或遠端載入器，且使用「活動訊號」來管理「高可用性」，則一切物件皆受支援。
如果您在其他任何受支援的平台上的叢集環境中執行 Metadirectory 伺服器或遠端載入器，則除叢集管理系統之外的一切物件皆受支援。
附註：SLES 是叢集環境中唯一完全支援的平台。
