During installation of a NetWare server, the executable file for NetWare Administrator (NWADMN32.EXE) is copied to SYS:\PUBLIC\WIN32.
You can start NetWare Administrator from the command line. Normally, you start it by double-clicking an icon that's associated with a command line. Either way, the syntax for the command is the same.
Omitting the parameters causes your preferences to be registered in the local registry.
