若要判斷資源容錯移轉，請使用 meta 屬性 migration-threshold。例如：
crm(live)configure# location r1-node1 r1 100: node1
通常，r1 首選在節點 node1 上執行。如果失敗，則會檢查 migration-threshold 並與 failcount 進行比較。若 failcount >= migration-threshold，則將資源移轉至優先設定次佳的節點。
根據 start-failure-is-fatal 選項，啟動失敗會將 failcount 設定為 INFINITY。停止失敗將導致圍籬區隔。如果未定義 STONITH，則根本不會移轉資源。
