請確定執行「ZENworks 控制中心」以管理系統的工作站或伺服器符合以下要求：

若要執行 Image Explorer，則必須在管理設備上安裝並執行 Java Virtual Machine (JVM) 1.5 版。

TCP 埠

若要滿足使用者在受管理設備上執行遠端會期的請求，則必須在管理主控台設備上開啟埠 5550，才能執行「遠端管理監聽程式」。
