Product Line Manager Collaboration Over the course of my career, I have advanced from front line support engineer to the Product Line Manger and leader of the same multi-million dollar product portfolio that I used to support. During my journey, I have held several positions inside as well as outside of my my current product line with various companies which has strengthened my skills set. Throughout my extensive career I have excelled at many customer facing roles such as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Advanced Technical Instructor, Curriculum Designer, Technical Writer & Technical Support Engineer.
