Ok. It is a long time since I posted anything in public… I believe the last time I posted anything was last century, providing a tool to calculate memory (RAM) for NetWare servers of all sorts including their additional products.

I guess, today, memory is no issue any longer… and that is good, as I changed my job as well. Today, I calculate resources and trends in the service business based on data retrieved from various systems we use at Novell, mainly operational data on service requests etc. It is an interesting area and there is always something new that influences the volumes of issues, questions and problems that our customers face.

Next week I am heading of to Brainshare in SLC. So, if you like, you may find me at the NTS Booth, and if you have questions that I might be able to answer, feel free to visit me for a chat, have a coffee break and crunch some numbers …hmm…cookies :-) See you there!!
