Move/Split an Existing NSS Volume to a NEW NSS Volume using DFS Volmn Command.

$volmn help
volmn move <srcVol> <dstVol> <dstServer>: Start a new move operation running

Note: Enter the volume names,server names in CAPS only

srcVol: Must be an existing NSS Volume in the Server,
dstVol: Must be a new NSS Volume in the Server(Strictly new Volume), dstServer. Fully Qualified Domain Name with leading and trailing dots.
username: eg: .admin.example

Example to do a Move:

$volmn move TC5_SRC TVOL1 .example-3.company.TREE.
User Name: .admin.novell
Password:

Example to do a Split:

$volmn split TC4_SRC:/DIR_swx SVOL1 .npsdt-val-3.novell.AUTOTREE.
User Name: .admin.novell
Password:

To verify the status, run volmn status:
$volmn status
     Volume Manager Status:
     1204776357   0 Scanning                       MOVE  (TC5_SRC:)
     Data sets found: 176
   Total Requests: 1,  1 active operations.

$volmn status
   Volume Manager Status:
   1204776357   25 Running                         MOVE  (TC5_SRC:)
   Data sets found: 176
   Total Requests: 1,  1 active operations.

$volmn status
   Volume Manager Status:
   1204776357 100 Completed                        MOVE(TC5_SRC)
   Data sets found: 176
  Total Requests: 1,  1 active operations.
  
  
Note: Even if we miss type any thing, the job will go to scheduled state, then cancel the job and re create it.
