Document Review and Internal Product Request Forms Released!

Document Review:

The Document Review form allows a Teaming user to attach a document, describe the document, and submit it for a multilevel review. This simple form is then passed into a complex but efficient workflow which allows the document to pass through three simultaneous reviews. The workflow then records the results of each of the three reviews and approves the document, rejects the document, or sends the document back to the originator depending on the results of these reviews. This workflow uses a complex combination of Parallel Workflow Threads and workflow variables allow the simultaneous reviews to occur.

Internal Product Request:

This form simplifies the process of requesting products for internal use within a company. Products can be requested for internal use, industrial use, technical use, partner consumption, and even charitable contributions, among others. The form requires the total SRP (suggested retail price) of the product to be calculated before submission of the request can be processed.

The workflow takes the form through a series of reviews for approval or rejection. The reviews are intended to be at increasingly higher levels, and so are not designed to occur simultaneously as in the Document Review form discussed above. For example, the request might need to be approved first by the Team Manager before it could go on for review at the Office Manager level, after which it might pass on to an Executive level review, and so forth.
