Now that your company is becoming increasingly remote, and your employees are constantly on the go, you need more than just a basic email service to ensure that business gets completed in a timely manner, and that team members are in constant communication with one another.
What you need is a robust secure workforce productivity solution, such as GroupWise from Micro Focus; that is, an email and team collaboration platform that your business can use to securely exchange messages and files in real time, from any location—either onsite or offsite.
As it turns out, now happens to be a great time to be thinking about investing in the GroupWise solution, too.
Before the end of 2015, Micro Focus will be releasing the next version of GroupWise 2014, GroupWise 2014 R2, which will provide support for native Mac clients, important regulatory compliance and security updates and client usability enhancements.
What’s more, our mobile solution, GroupWise Mobility Service (GMS) will be updated to version GMS 2014 R2 before year’s end. In this new version, GMS 2014 R2 will support Microsoft Outlook Applications. And simple Outlook profile creation will make it easier for users and administrators to get started using the platform. GMS 2014 R2 will be fully compliant through 508 certification, single sign-on (SSO) and “no archive” and “no delete” options on folders and items. Additionally, this version will be more user-friendly and operationally-sound, and will contain greater scalability options.
Also by the end of 2015, you can expect the next version of Vibe, v.4.0.1, which will contain added database support, quality upgrades and ongoing usability improvements.
These software releases are then expected to extend into the first half of 2016, when further changes are coming with GroupWise 2014 R2 SP1 and GroupWise Mobility Service 2014 R2 SP1.
