Fix for Blue Screen after using ZENworks Imaging

Heads Up: If you are having Blue Screen troubles after using ZENworks Imaging, you need to check out TID 3406611. It seems that this started happening with the new 2.6 kernel from ZfD 6.5 SP2 or ZDM 7. For ZDM7, it was fixed with SP1 Desktop Management, and for ZDM6.5 you can email support and get a hot patch with the fix for this problem.

    The “Get all the details here.” link is broken… please fix as I’m having this problem right now, even after applying SP1_IR4 and SP1_IR4a_HP1.

    Also, could you please advise when the link has been fixed so I can follow it up?

      We are also using the latest ZENworks version (IR4aHP3 now) and still getting random blue screens after imaging. I was just wondering if you had possibly found a solution since it seems no one else is having a problem. We suspected AVG 9.0 at first, but now we are getting the blue screen with 8.5 so it must be something else.
