CRM and third-party integration for GroupWise is a very strategic training topic for your Novell User Group members.
With Riva from Omni, Novell partners and customers can archive GroupWise emails to their CRM; convert an email into a CRM opportunity or support case FROM GroupWise; view and edit CRM contacts, calendar items and sales opportunities in GroupWise; and sync CRM contacts to BlackBerry and other GMS-supported devices.
We typically start with a high-level business overview of Riva CRM Integration and then move into a live demo. If there is a longer 60-minute time slot available, we will also demonstrate how Riva can be used to:
- push managed GroupWise content (calendars, address books, proxy access, rules, folders and more) to user accounts
