The product team scours Novell for the best of the cool solutions, and the most important of the white papers, so partners can develop the most relevant solutions for their customers. Generally we include over 100 cool solutions every month.
We sent out a survey a few weeks ago to get a better idea of how the Technical Subscriptions are being used. As our customers and partners are spread out around the world, it’s obvious that catering to only one section of our base would make other sections extremely unhappy, and unproductive.
Many people wonder why we still send physical kits. Just ask those people who rely on these at critical moments. Others are worried that we might stop sending physical kits, but that’s not likely while partners still need them.
We can’t please all people all of the time, but we can please many people most of the time, and that’s what we’re aiming for.
