It’s Always the Computer Guy’s Fault

After a quick investigation two important facts were discovered. First, the so-called “Computer Guy” who had visited the school was actually a telephone repair man. Secondly, it was discovered that the saving issue was in fact caused by the teacher who had called the Help Desk. It seems they had decided to unplug (and I quote) “a little box with flashing coloured lights” in their classroom so they could plug in a radio and listen to music while completing report cards. After a brief explanation of the importance of the little box with flashing coloured lights” (or as we refer to it – a network switch), the teacher apologized, the switch was plugged back in, and their ability to save was restored.
