At the end of a long week at Novell Provo Utah, I’m sat in the BA lounge at San Francisco airport on my way home. I’ve been involved in a series of marketing meetings this week ( yes Novell does do marketing ) and one of the items that we’ve been discussing is the profile of a typical ZENworks customer. This is part of the work that we are doing in preparation for the release of Rawhide ( more on Rawhide in a later post ).
We’ve got most of these properties nailed down, but I’d like to hear from this community about their organization and how they use ZENworks today.
