One of the most powerful ways to attract new customers is to let them see how your current customers feel about you. Using this Customer Reference Workspace in tandem with the Customer Reference Form and Workflow, your sales force and employee base can easily submit new and relevant references.

The Customer Reference Workspace can be used in any department that wants to generate more references for your organization. There are 3 folders within the workspace that can be configured with the Customer Reference Form and Workflow to organize the references. Download this workspace to implement in your organization or use it as an example to help build your own.

The new Customer Reference Workspace can be found under the Workspaces Section of the Novell Vibe Resource Library
