New Hospital Workspace Template

Vibe Library

We at the Novell Vibe Resource Library are always striving to think of new ways that can benefit those who use Vibe. After looking through the inventory of Workspace Templates, it came to our attention that a Hospital Landing Page was missing. There are numerous hospitals and medical clinics throughout the world using Vibe and we thought it would be useful for you to have a template to go off of when creating a space for you to collaborate with the patients and visitors who visit you.

The Hospital Workspace Template is a sample workspace to help hospitals collaborate with their patients & visitors. In this workspace you will find a Landing Page with links to Vibe folders such as a Calendars (Events), Photo Albums (Employee Directory), Surveys (Patient & Visitor Feedback), Files (Brochures, Pamphlets, and Other Informational Materials), and Blogs (About You Sections, Gift Shop, Cafeterias, etc.).

The Hospital Workspace can be used by any department that wants to utilize the collaboration features already included in the template. There are several folders within the workspace that are displayed on the landing page. You can add folders and modify the the template to fit the needs of your department or medical practice. Download this workspace to implement in your organization or use it as an example to help build your own.

You can also view a live demo of this content on the Vibe Public Access Sandbox.
