“I want to change the default for which folder is displayed when I click on the paper clip to attach a file. For example, when I click to attach a file, it comes to one of my mapped drives. I always need to navigate to a folder to a different drive to locate the files that I need for the attachments.
Is there a way to define which folder is first displayed when I click on the paper clip to attach a file? Currently, it remembers a location that I went to a long time ago – maybe the first location I went to after the update was installed … It always goes back to that location regardless of where I have been recently.”

Did you previously have GroupWise 6.5 installed on the workstation? We had this problem when we went from GroupWise 6.5 to version 7.
Deleting the registry key HKCUSoftwareNovellGroupwiseClientFiles locationsDefault Attach solved the problem for us. If that key is there, it always uses it but never updates it. If it’s not there, it will remember the last place you attach from.
