Novell File Management Suite: Marketing Video!

January 26, 2011 3:38 pm

Now this is great marketing! Check out this video about Novell File Management Suite!

Normally, I don’t venture too far from GroupWise, Data Synchronizer or Teaming topics on my blog, but I saw this Novell marketing video earlier this week about File Management Suite and I really thought it was great! It does a perfect job of explaining the needs and capabilities of this Novell product while being fun to watch and spoofing something we are all familiar with.

Here is the link to YouTube video:

I do have some odd connection to this product. Besides the fact that the engineering is done by a team just down the hall and that this is a product within my same Business Unit, I also share the Data Synchronizer Project Manager with this team. Stephanie Leavitt splits her time between Novell File Management Suite stuff and Novell Data Synchronizer stuff.

Besides all of that….this is a product that I really like and for which I see great potential. This video illustrates the need for the technology in this product.

If you are further interested – take a look at the product page. I will also remind you that this is also the product that we have partnered with the ‘Dilbert’ cartoonist to further market and advertise the capabilities of the suite.

Anyway….got a kick out of the video and I think you will too!!
